Discover London’s royal heritage on a 2-hour private guided walking tour with a guide dedicated to your party, for up to 12 guests, followed by a self-guided visit to Buckingham Palace. Meet at The Lodge Café by Hyde Park Corner and walk through Hyde Park, Wellington Arch, the Commonwealth Memorial Gates, Constitution Hill, Green Park and St James’s Park. See Clarence House, St James’s Palace and the Queen Victoria Memorial before entering Buckingham Palace’s State Rooms with your timed ticket. Hear stories about Henry VIII, Queen Victoria, King Charles III and Queen Camilla, palace history and portrayals of the Royal Family in The Crown. The guided walk lasts around 2 hours; allow another 1.5–2.5 hours to explore the Palace independently, for a total experience of roughly 4–4.5 hours. Your guide does not accompany you inside.
