- Please note: Transport is only available for Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotels. Transport to private residences or locations outside of Eagle Beach and Palm Beach is not available.
- Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised so your transfer may be allocated. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly. The supplier contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
- Please arrange your return trip to the airport at least 48 hours prior to your departure by contacting the supplier directly.

Easy to find at the...
Easy to find at the airport. Easy comfortable ride. On time pick up for departure. Great experience.
Crew was directly outside...
Crew was directly outside of the airport.. directed you straight to the big coach buses outside.. all instructions were clear. We were dropped off directly in front of our hotel.
Needs to be more organized
This needs to be more organized. There was no option to book it private. The bus makes several stops, so be prepared to have a long drive from the airport instead of just 15 minutes. On the way back, big confusion with the reps too. I was told that a pick up would be at 11.15am for my 3.30pm flight and when asked why so early, I was told "because we dont know how many stops we will make". Pick up was at 11.40am only when I called to ask of they forgot about me. It was only me, so I arrived at the airport within 15 minutes. Too bad that the checkin at the airport wasn't even open yet. The drivers were nice though.
Smooth transfer
You are in a bus with other travelers and have to wait but overall smooth transfer and will recommend if you don’t have to go far. We were only 10 mins
