Not wat expected
This was the worst organized excursion I have ever seen. The was no guide to guide us, mess and lack of communication. We left 1,5 hour late. The itinerary wasn’t exercised as promised, the lunch was mediocre. We purchased VIP and promised a better boat; 27 people in an average boat and drinks: very small bottle of water and 1 small can of beer or soda .On all island they try to sell you drinks and other staff . We didn’t spent enough time on the beach. The longest time we spent when we had lunch and couldn’t find place in shade because all beds were in sun and didn’t have umbrellas or other curtains to cover. There was only very small entrance to the water in this place. We didn’t go to Baru at Tierra Bomba as per itinerary.
Excellent tour and VIP service
Excellent tour and VIP service. We were very well served throughout the trip. Not to mention the lush beaches of Rosario.
Unprofessional, Last-Minute Cancellation and Total Disrespect for Our Time
This was by far the most frustrating experience of our trip. The company canceled our boat tour the night before—around 7pm—with no real explanation. Then, at 6:30am the next morning, they messaged to say we were suddenly rebooked… for a 7:30am pickup. Seriously? We didn’t see the message until 7am, and obviously couldn’t get ready and across the city in 30 minutes. I replied immediately to explain this, and instead of being understanding or offering a realistic solution, they just marked us as a no-show. I followed up to ask for either a refund or a reschedule and they’ve completely ghosted us since. No response. No apology. Nothing. Total lack of communication, accountability, or basic professionalism. Save yourself the stress and book with a different agency that actually respects your time and money.

Love the place, Dayana guided us throughout the tour the Expectacular pass I recommend full , I loved everything every moment I enjoyed in the places throughout the time is

My boyfriend and I had a great time on this island tour! It was well organized and our host Angel was the best! He was so kind and also so knowledgeable about the islands we were touring. This experience was fun and high energy without being too wild / crazy partying - a nice middle ground. The islands were absolutely beautiful! And the history of some places was very interesting as well. I highly recommend!
