Quite a bit of walking. ...
Quite a bit of walking. Food samples were good. Most of the time, it was hard to understand our English speaking guide as she had a very big accent
High recommend this tour. Super fun and informative!
We had Marco as our tour guide and he was amazing. He was very sweet and funny and had loads of knowledge about the areas we visited. I asked questions which he was super happy to answer. Highly recommend. The tour itself was definitely worth the money, we visited the market to sample Italian pestos, oils and other items. Then, it was beer and pizza. Next was Italian skewers with Italian wine. Then for some (massive) Suppli’s. Our next stops were in the Jewish area for grilled artichokes and gelato. I thought maybe we would be full by the end but we definitely were!! Eat food item had so much history behind it. The history was so interesting and we even visited a restaurant which was under an old ancient Roman theatre. It was beautiful. This is definitely a tour for those who want a quick (2 ish hour) tour around the city. It wasn’t too long and was packed with interesting stories.
