Day 1: Arrival in the city of Covilhã and check-in at the Hotel
- After a first look at the fantastic landscape of Serra da Estrela, it’s time to get to know the accommodation unit of your stay for the days that follow.
- Check into your hotel and get ready to start this unforgettable adventure, starting with dinner and overnight at the hotel .
Day 2: Discovering Marialva, Trancoso and Linhares da Beira
- Start your journey with a visit to the Historic Village of Marialva, a revealing setting of one of the living relics of Portuguese ancestry!
- Next, the Historic Village of Trancoso awaits you, an ancient land where, in the past, several important battles were fought in the formation of the Kingdom of Portugal.

Anna was the perfect guide and made us comfortable from the introduction. It was raining and we were having difficulty finding the meeting point in Porto but she was able to change at the last minute and find us. She kept the conversation lively and interesting about Portugal, different regions, and the Douro. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great day with Nuno. We loved the family winery that was chosen for us to visit and the restaurant for lunch and Nuno was great guide for the area and gave us really great insight into Portugal in general.
