Great Guide to a Great City
The guide was super knowledgeable about the city of Bath. Really engaging and we had a great time and learnt a lot.
The tour that got away, Roman bath experience.
I was unable to locate the tour guide, unfortunately, i did not arrive 15 minutes, i was 3 minutes late, and there were around 10 other guides within the vicinity and was not able to contact the guide, this was a shame. I receive a text message, 15 minutes after the tour had started, however, no direct call, which would have been way more effective.
Great 90 min walking tour of Bath
Excellent 90 min walking tour of Bath, taking some of the main attractions. I was in a small group, which was great and our tour guide John was fantastic; relaxed, knowledgeable and always interesting. Would strongly recommend.

Good, informative walk through the highlights of the history and architecture of Bath. Very knowledgeable tour guide.
The Baths were great.
This tour clashed with Graduation week, as you were in email contact, then the meeting point could have have been altered to deal with the crowd. This is a failing of the company but our tour guide struggled to deal with the issue. Apparently Graduation occurs over at least 4 days and causes chaos. The guide was a little unprofessional in voicing their own opinions rather than selling the city, rather disorganised and rushed off ahead without waiting for the slower members of the group. Also at the park at the end we should have been led up to the pathway in front of the Cresent so good photos could be obtained. The park below is not a good viewpoint.
