Waste of Money
As a parent and true football fanatic, I was excited to bring my kids to Real Madrid World, hoping to soak up the club’s legendary atmosphere and hands-on experiences. Unfortunately, the visit left us frustrated and disappointed for several reasons. The biggest letdown was that many football activities advertised as “for kids” were closed or simply unavailable without clear alternatives. My football-obsessed children walked away more frustrated than inspired. Any timings for kid-friendly activities were not clearly posted, and when we arrived, activities were not open. This caused wasted time and many people were in the same position. Given the price, the actual experience did not meet expectations. There was a sense that the emphasis was more on selling the next strip than delivering a memorable football-learning experience.

I want to give big thanks to Kesari in real Madrid world. She makes my day awesome, they way she greeted, the way she explain the game is mesmerizing. Her costumer service was kind of magic. I am strongly recommend Real Madrid World for visit. Awesome people with awesome ride and awesome costumer service ☺️❤️ Thank you Real Madrid World for giving awesome time.
Abandoned amusement park with bad rides
Far too expensive park with few attractions and ridiculous safety requirements (no glasses on children's roller coaster). The Hala Madrid coaster is great and the entertainment team is top notch, but then all the positives have been mentioned. There are few attractions and these are often outrageously bad (factory of dreams and unstoppables). Advertising actions for Real Madrid are described as attractions. Staff at starflyer and roller coasters were unkind and clearly did not feel like it. It was understandable that there was hardly anyone in the park, because within 1 hour you really saw everything. You'd better go to Motion gate for a fun day.
