Not the best I’ve been on

It was okay but not the best I say other boats might be better, They also sit over you while you write your review so everyone is polite and no bad reviews get posted

Amazing day

That was an amazing experience. We loved everything BUT do prepare yourself is very cold on board due to windy conditions so do take very warm clothes with you otherwise you will end up staying covered with your towels and not being able to enjoy anything, especially after the first stop after you swim. Last stop in White Island is only for 10’ for a picture which was lovely and we did request to go back on board early as we were super cold like most of people, plus you can’t swim as the water it very low so is basically just for a picture. Prepare yourself with water proof cases for your phones so you can take your own pictures and snorkelling as they cost £25.

Not for Divers!!

Not a trip for diving!!! Nice crew but definitely not a trip for divers. The dive included, also includes going underwater for a photoshoot and back up. If you want to do a real dive you need to pay quite a lot more with diver with very little English and little knowledge of fish names. If you looking for a diving experience, go through official diving centres!!

Cheap cruise with aggressive selling of extras

Egyptra seem to be a booking service and the cruise was run by Crazy Shark or similar. The pickup from hotel was at 7.50. the driver got lost and we didn't get to the dock until around nine which was chaotic, then the fairly decrepit boat didn't leave before ten, over two hours after pickup. The website suggests unlimited soft drinks, but really you get to pour yourself a coke from a bottle. Bags of crisps and tiny tubes of pringles were on sale for $5. Bring your own snacks and water! You get about ten minutes on White Island which is packed with hundreds of people from other trips. Just enough for the photographer to take his photos in reality. The website promises two dive stops but only got one ten minute scuba, extended to 20 for another $25, but the instructors were excellent. Then the rest of the trip was aggressive selling of some frankly average photos for $60 and underwater ones for $150. And finally they force you to do a TripAdvisor review while on the boat and want a photo of your phone as proof, so no wonder people are scared to give less than five stars. Taken as a cruise with some snorkelling and one short dive, it's a bargain at $30. But take your own snacks and photos!

They gave different rates

Tariq cheated us by giving us different rates, nobody should do anything with this company as they are scammers and lied to us.
