- Pickup will be in a Suitable vehicle on sharing basis from different hotels.
- Hotel Pick up - We will contact you after checking the weather forecast the evening before your flight to confirm.
- Hot Air Ballooning is a weather dependent activity so if your balloon flight has to be cancelled by us due to unsuitable weather conditions then you may rebook anytime within the validity period of your ticket or voucher. Please check the terms and conditions for details.
- Children and teenagers under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult or person 16 years or over, who is responsible for them during the flight.
- The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances.
- 45-60 min flight - The duration of the actual tour takes 4.5 - 5 hour but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 90 – 120 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
- Ballooning is a weather dependant activity. We won’t fly in rain, fog, or wind consistently above 11 kph. We won’t take a balloon up if there is a threat of thunderstorms in the area. There can be other conditions that can affect the decision to fly or not to fly. Ultimately we abide by the local aviation authority’s decision whether to fly or not. If your flight is cancelled, you can re book at a convenient time, within the valid period of your booking or voucher.

Actionflight based in Ras Al Khaimah offered a professional, friendly, efficient and memorable experience watching the sunrise over sandy dunes from a hot air balloon, for my family. The pick up from the hotel was timely and efficient - well worth the 4am wake up call! The coffee on arrival was most welcome and the safety briefing was reassuring. The entire team were all super friendly and helpful too. They work incredibly hard and when you see how many people are involved in making the experience run so smoothly, you will appreciate it is good value for money. The pilot JP was exceptionally talented and made the entire experience fun and interesting. The owner Wayne came to meet us for champagne and a light breakfast and was genuinely interested and engaging with all the guests. We had the best time and can highly recommend the experience and are looking forward to seeing the pictures and videos.

The experience was overall a fantastic ride in a hot air balloon, it is an early start to catch the sunrise but well worth it. The captain was very entertaining and informative. It is an experience I will treasure. However there is one negative and as an amateur photographer , I was told I could not bring my camera to take pictures other than with my mobile. After the ride I| spoke to the pilot and Trevor reference the camera issue, they told me that this was not correct, despite I had an email from Anabel telling me that I could not bring my camera. I did send them later that day a copy of the email I received, but never got a reply. So despite being a great experience if you are a photographer I would look towards a company that allows you to take a camera.
