- We don’t accept kids below 3 years old.
- Children are not permitted to ride camels on their own, and we do not bear any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with this provision from the guest.
- Children under 12 years old are not permitted to ride camels /sand board on their own, and we do not bear any responsibility in the event of non-compliance with this provision from the guest.
- We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes when participating in sandboarding activities.
- International travel insurance is mandatory, as the company's insurance does not cover camel rides, quad bikes, and sandboarding activities
- Please note that seat selection is not available on all shared tours. Our vehicles can accommodate up to 6 people

We had an amazing time on this desert excursion thanks to Naveed. He is an super guide: very professional, extremely patient, and always attentive. He gave us many interesting explanations throughout the afternoon, which made the experience even more meaningful. When the places were crowded, he made sure to take us a bit away from the groups so we could enjoy the scenery and take beautiful photos. He also took lots of pictures of us, which is a big plus and gave us wonderful memories to keep. We were also very lucky to join this tour during Ramadan and share an iftar with the other groups. It was a very warm and special moment of sharing and connection, truly unforgettable. A big thank you to Naveed and his brother for their kindness, hospitality, and generosity. We will always remember this incredible experience. Highly recommended!!!!
