Unsafe, very fast, no communication.
we were promised an experience of 2 1/2 hours but it ended up being around one hour, the entire experience, including transportation. our work exertion was delayed, and upon arrival there was a man with a huge rifle, making us feel very unsafe. We then had to wait on the beach while no one spoke to us, and we were taking on a speedboat alone to the parasailing where no one again spoke to us we were just strapped on and sent up for a couple of minutes like 5 minutes and then came back down and then back at the Speed boat and Away back to our hotel.
What a disappointment!!
Endless waiting for the transfer. Endless waiting on the beach for the boat. Then having to sit on a boat trip all day while we only wanted to parasail. Tour guide was busy with his girlfriend. Everything was chaotic and rushed. Just been in the air for a second. Upon landing, the three of us land with our feet on the outboard motors. Rather scary experience. The winch didn't work for a while. We were crammed with many people in and boat to be able to parasail and had to change to another small boat at sea, while the boats brushed against each other
Awful experience
Description is not accurate, service is terrible, I strongly recommend to avoid this experience. They do not pick you up, calls you an hour late, you have to go to the beach and walk to where you’ll be picked up by a boat. You’ll wait another hiur or so, and security measures are a joke.
Never happened, wasn’t notified of cancellation, still waiting for refund
Trip was canceled. I wasn’t notified until I called wondering where the pickup was. We had been waiting for them to pick us up at a hotel. I had received no notification. Viator has the trip marked completed, but it was not completed, it was canceled. Still waiting on a refund.
Scam
Told us we need to reschedule for weather purposes & never sent anything for our new date & has been ignoring me on wats app & viator
