Richardo our guide was constantly fun, friendly and clear. He explained the plan well in English and also Spanish. Then the plan was reiterated via the group text messages. Peru Hop organization made for low stress travel with little anxiety about what’s happening or what to do. Their recommended local guides and pre-screened hotels were generally good. Yes, it might be a cheaper to get your own public busses and own local guides but you’d miss the camaraderie of the group, plus unless you spent hours studying you might miss the well thought out routes, appropriate time lines and tours that these guys already know. The bus had a bathroom, reasonably comfortable seats, a driver who’s not crazy and good WiFi. For my first trip to Peru they were a good introduction, without them I would have not seen as much because I’d have burned time on logistics and planing that they already have nailed down.

This would have been 4 star but our guide Juancho was awesome. Took the trip from Lima to Huacachina with the boat tour in Paracas and Dune buggy trip. The trips are a must as both were wonderful. The buses fall short of the other buses I have taken in Peru. Juancho you were too notch!
