Lack of communication.
Our tour guide cancelled our tour the day before our tour was to take place. Tour guide said we would be getting a full refund but now 4 days later we have not heard a word from Viator about a refund. I will give Viator the chance to contact us before I pass judgement….time will tell ??

Our guide, Peter, gave us many opportunities for photos and view interesting sites along the way. He was very knowledgeable and his driving skills were excellent. Our visit to Kerry Cliffs was spectacular! Even with the high winds and overcast skies we were still able to venture to the viewing area for amazing views.

When planning our trip to Ireland, we had planned on driving the Ring of Kerry. We were both so happy with our decision to book the tour. Our tour guide, Peter, was so amazing. The information and knowledge that he shared was more than we would have ever gotten if we had done the tour ourselves. He was very gracious and did not rush us as we stopped to look and appreciate the sites. He went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our tour. This trip was a bucket list trip and it was more than we ever dreamed.
