Description: Step into a family-run bodega tucked just off the Gothic Quarter for la hora del vermut, the Catalan vermouth hour. Sip house vermut on tap from Tarragona, served over ice with lemon, alongside house-salted anchovies, a gilda, and ensaladilla rusa.
