Itinerary
Experience Stonehenge with exclusive access to the Inner Stone Circle. Unlike regular visits, which keep guests behind a perimeter path, this exclusive opportunity allows you to step inside the ancient circle and walk among the towering stones in a quiet, uncrowded setting. Available only on select dates and times, either at sunrise or sunset, accompanied by a knowledgeable guide, you'll uncover the myths, mysteries, and archaeological significance of this 5,000-year-old UNESCO World Heritage Site from a truly intimate perspective
Next, we visit the little-known, picturesque village of Lacock, which dates back to the Saxon era. This charming village has served as the backdrop for numerous movies and TV dramas, including Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice and Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. Enjoy a peaceful stroll through this small but beautiful village.
We stop at the historic George Inn, a beautifully preserved 14th-century pub known for its traditional timber-framed architecture. Nestled in the heart of the village, this charming pub offers an inviting setting where you can enjoy an optional breakfast or dinner.
Explore the magnificent Roman Baths, located in the historic city of Bath, where over one million litres of naturally heated spring water still flow daily. Immerse yourself in the history and engineering marvels of this well-preserved ancient complex, offering a fascinating glimpse into Roman life and culture. (Entry included if this option is selected.)
Pass by: Drive past No 1 Royal Crescent, an iconic Georgian townhouse in Bath that offers a stunning glimpse into 18th-century elegance and architecture. This beautifully preserved home showcases the lifestyle of the wealthy during Bath’s heyday.
Pass by: Admire the stunning Bath Abbey, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture in the heart of Bath city center. Entry is available as an option, allowing you to explore its breathtaking interior, intricate stained glass, and rich history.

A private tour in the...
A private tour in the inner circle at Stonehenge was great. Rowan was an excellent guide and made the trip memorable.
Inner circle for the win
I’m so glad we splurged on the inner circle tour. It was infinitely better to be able to stand among the stones rather than view from quite a distance. Our tour guide Rowan was super enthusiastic, informed and helpful. Bath was great too. There was just enough time to spend an hour going through the Roman Bath museum and take a very quick walk around. We knew it wouldn’t be much time in Bath, so just enough to make you want to come back. Lacock made for an interesting short stop. No pub meal on Sundays but easy enough to pick up and eat on the go in Bath.
Rowan and Mo made a memorable day that I will talk about for life
Bath and Stonehenge were AMAZING! Rowan, our tour guide was amazing. Her effervescent personality and passion for the places we visited made the tour extra special. I am an archaeology buff so the tidbits about Bath and Stonehenge she provided were really helpful before and after the stops She gave us a short walk around Bath and Lacock before letting us off to do our thing and was helpful navigating any questions or concerns Mo, our driver was wonderful at navigating the right country roads. I wouldn’t have been able to get to Stonehenge on my own so transportation was a big part of why I booked this tour. Mo helped us feel safe and secure My only complaint is the time in Bath seemed rushed, we had two hours and 3 would have been a comfortable time for a short trip. The museum could easily take 2 hrs or more and in order to see the museum and any of the town 2 hrs was a little short Lacock could have been skipped to give more time as we only there for an hour anyhow. Stonehenge was magickal. Life altering
Great Tour - Highly Recommend
My mom and I had a great time on this tour. It was very well-organized and our tour guide, Tom, was knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic. Being able to get up close to Stonehenge was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and the docents at Stonehenge were amazing and told us so many interesting things about the monument. Be prepared for a long, but fun, day. It would have been nice to have had more time to explore Bath and Lacock, but there's only so much you can pack into one day!
This inner circle...
This inner circle experience was amazing. John our guide was able to maneuver us along with our circle guides. The questions and answer guides were amazing. We went on to Bath. The tour was just our pace. Planned stops and walk around. Really great day and so special to see the stones up close!
