A very engaging author with a guide who told very interesting stories about my own city that I did not know, a very enjoyable street map.

The experience was poor from the beginning as we started the tour an hour later than scheduled without prior notice or clear explanation from the company. The guide assigned to us was Carlos, who began the tour in a hurry and with a very large group of people. Upon arriving at the cathedral, he informed us that those of us wearing sleeveless tops could not enter unless we covered our shoulders (the company did not provide prior notice of this detail) and sent us to buy a scarf to cover our shoulders without waiting for us to enter the guided visit. We missed the entrance to La Giralda and no one took responsibility for this. In the end, we joined the group because we looked for the guide and not because he noticed (he never counted the people in his charge). We went with great enthusiasm to take this tour and the experience was poor.
