- This service is available for one-way transfers from Miami hotels to Miami International Airport.
- The price is per vehicle, not per person, accommodating up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
- Gratuities for the driver are not included in the price and are appreciated for excellent service.

- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five passengers per sports utility vehicle

I paid for a private Sedan but was transferred in a shuttle with 6 other people that was not what I paid for
Lack of comunication between your agency and the transportation providor
The problem that I had with your service that it was very confusing who I needed to talk to to set up my trip from the cruise terminal to the airport. I thought that the agent I first talked with would relay the details to the sedan operator. That did not happen so there was no sedan available. We had to get a taxi. I think that we are due a refund for a trip not provided.

Top notch service
We booked this service to take us from the cruise port back to the airport. We had to guess as to what time we would clear customs and be ready for the ride, and we ended up being off the ship and ready more than an hour before the scheduled time of pickup. I called the company, and they were super nice. They contacted our driver, Stephen, and he was able to head on to the port and pick us up very quickly, within only maybe 15 minutes. He was extremely nice and professional, and the car was immaculate. Fantastic service
