The section of river we float is class 1-2 which does not contain big whitewater rapids

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts

Groups with 1-6 guests: We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. All reservations canceled outside of 72 hours will receive a refund less a 3% cancellation fee. If a trip is canceled within 72 hours of the trip date, the entire payment will be forfeited. Groups with 7-12 guests and private trips: We have a 1 week cancellation policy. All reservations canceled outside of 1 week will receive a refund less a 3% cancellation fee. If a trip is canceled within 1 week of the trip date, the entire payment will be forfeited. Groups with 13 or more guests (public or private): We have a one month cancellation policy. All reservations canceled outside of one month will receive a refund less a 3% cancellation fee. If a trip is canceled within one month of the trip date, the entire payment will be forfeited.
