The Best Tour in San Antonio - Ask for "Nancy"

My wife and I took the 4‑hour See Sight Tour of San Antonio on April 23, 2026 and it was outstanding from start to finish. Our guide, Nancy, picked us up right at the Kimpton Hotel, which made everything incredibly convenient. We were fortunate to have a private tour, and it truly felt like a masterclass in San Antonio history. Nancy is a highly educated professional and an absolute wealth of information. Calling her knowledgeable is an understatement. She didn’t just recite facts — she told stories with passion, depth, and context. Every stop came alive, from the Missions to the Alamo, from the Tower of the Americas to the broader history of San Antonio. She connected events, people, and places in a way that made the city feel richer and more meaningful. And she was gracious, polite and most of all, FUN! Her enthusiasm was genuine, her pacing perfect, and her storytelling unforgettable. We learned more in four hours than we ever could have on our own. We highly, highly recommend this tour. Ask for Nancy. You will not be disappointed.

Best Tour

We had a wonderful tour and feel like we truly hit all the main highlights of San Antonio. It gave us a little bit of everything—history, culture, and great local insight. Our tour guide, Dylan, was fantastic. He shared so many details and historic facts, offering a much clearer and richer understanding than we would’ve gotten exploring the city on our own. Highly recommend!

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

Worst tour I ever booked with Viator. Guide was not knowledgeable and not very accommodating. He texted us prior to the tour to remind us to bring water and money for gratuity!!! You would think for the price we paid he would supply water, lol! At one of the stops we offered him a drink and he chose an alcoholic drink, totally unacceptable considering he was driving! Never again would I take this tour nor do I recommend anyone else take it! BEWARE

Waste of time & money

Don’t go on this tour if you were interested in history… He does not know the first thing about the history of San Antonio. It was a total waste of time and money… The tour guide was very unprofessional, even had an alcoholic drink on the tour and then drove us around, totally unacceptable. We asked to end the tour early because it was just so bad. He was more interested in his own ego and wanting to show us fancy malls and cars which we could care less about.

This Sucked

Our tour guide didn’t show up. We were left out over $800 dollars and the guide never showed up. I contacted Viator and they told me “sorry about that” I told them I wanted a refund since no one showed up. They told me if I hadn’t heard from them after 72 hours call back and complain again. I obviously haven’t heard from them. WTF!!!
