Hidden charges

The additional charges weren’t clearly communicated. They may have been mentioned in the small print, but the toll fee and tip should have been made clearer upfront. It also would have been helpful to explain that communication is handled through international phone calls, or to offer an alternative method for coordinating on arrival. Not all travellers have calling minutes, and receiving international calls can be expensive. Worked out to be the same price as an Uber which would have been easier to locate on arrival and I had to call to get the details of the car that was arriving to pick me up.

Just fyi

Will ask for toll money and tip. Not the fault of driver but there was an event going on that blocked streets and turned a 30 minute drive to an hour and a half. Fortunately, I noticed it was quicker for me to get out and walk the 15 minutes instead.

Driver was right on time and communication prior to pickup was great. Ride was smooth and driver handled stressful traffic expertly and calmly.

Do not use

The drivers car was very dirty, the AC was not working and the seatbelts had been removed. Then we were pressured at drop off about a tip. Overall, a very uncomfortable ride.
