This was just a normal...

This was just a normal taxi. They also gave me no information until after I landed and had to call on where to meet them. This experience made the trip start off stressful. The driver was nice.

On the way from...

On the way from LaGuardia Airport to Manhattan, the driver went through a tunnel, and there is a fee of about $7 charged for that in addition to the cost already charged for transportation.

Terrible service and company to deal with

This has to be the worst company to deal with. We initially booked two airport transfers for 10 people for a return journey. On arrival at JFK only one car turned up for the collection so we had a few stressful conversations to get the second car to arrive for the other 5 travellers. On our return journey again only one vehicle arrived at the hotel and when we contacted Carmel they were unapologetic and said it would be at least another hour before we could be collected. Due to flight times this was no good so we had to find an alternative solution with thanks only to our hotel concierge and NOT to Carmel. We are now in a fight to get a refund for the vehicle that never turned up. I would NEVER recommend or use this company again.

A little misleading

This was essentially an uber.. not a private car.. Misleading when booking but it was fine glad we had transportation set up. Driver didn’t talk but got us there safely. Lol

A great ride. A relaxing way to start the trip! The driver was very professional. He was even willing and able to change our drop off location mid-route so we could make it to a play!
