Joaquin was very friendly arrived on time sent us a message saying he was already on his way and offered excellent service provided us drinks to drink helped with bags and especially we arrived on time at our terminal

Transportation to and from our resort was excellent. There was good communication prior to each transfer. Nelson was a friendly driver and arrived early despite a pre-dawn pick up time.
Amazing Transportation Service
STP Caribe was amazing and would highly recommend their service. They were punctual, the sprinter van was spotless clean, and their service was amazing. I decided to go with this company because of the great reviews on Tripadvisor, so it was only fair that I leave my own honest review so that others can make their decision on whether or not to book this company. First, booking was a breeze. I went directly to their website and booked my round trip for my stay. The price was really good, about $180 for a sprinter van round trip. I got a confirmation right away and then another email about a day or two before my pick ups. When we arrived at the Cancun airport we took a really long time going through customs, but our driver was communicating with me through WhatsApp and reassuring me that he was waiting for us outside the airport. When we finally made it through we went outside and sure enough our driver was there ready to take our luggage and immediately offer us a beer and water which was much needed after that long flight and the wait time at customs. The drive to our hotel was pleasant and our driver was very engaging and answering all question we had. Our pick up from the hotel was also great, he was there on time and once again got offered beer and water on the way back to the airport, which was great! I highly recommend STP Caribe for your transportation needs, they were amazing for my family and I. BTW I traveled with husband and 2 girls under 10.
