We are 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and the hotel staff...
He had arrived 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and he seemed to have spoken to the hotel staff beforehand, who showed him around. The driver is also very polite and kind. It's cheap, I choose shortcuts and I'm a good driver. Nothing to say.
Lack of timeliness

Warning to all...
The staff contacted me the night prior to our pick-up and I confirmed details of the pick-up time and location with the number of passengers and luggages so they know how much space we needed. We are travelling with my wife and a 2 year old child with 5 luggages. On the time of pick-up, I had to contact the agency as the driver has not arrived. It took 10 minutes after the agreed upon pick-up time before the driver arrived. The vehicle was a compact Nissan Sentra and surprisingly there was a passenger in the vehicle seated with the driver. He did not introduce himself. The driver barely spoke any English and used a phone app to communicate with me. Then the problem was fitting in all of us with the luggages. It took another 10 minutes to figure out the luggages and how to fit us all in. The passenger had to hold onto one of our luggages and I had to also put my bag on my lap with my family. We did arrive at the airport safely. That's the most important one. But I would not recommend this agency if you have other options.

Very professional, arrived on time to my hotel to pick me up for my departure. Wouldn't this company again when I travel to Cairo.
