- Please note that beach club pick-up is not included. You can arrange transportation to Mr. Sancho's back and forth via the local Taxi transportation union which you can take at the cruise ports
- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
- We dont accept booking amendments to add more travelers to an existing booking without prior authorization from us
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Name on the reservation must match an oficial valid ID to be able to make the check in at Beach Club.
- Reservation holder must be present to let in any member of this reservation.

First and last time
The Beach Club facility is fine. The waiter had a difficult time staying focused. On several occasions he brought my wife and/or myself the wrong drink. Also, he never brought us our food. I asked him several times; “where’s my food “. He had a confused look on his face and never responded. It wasn’t a language barrier, because we spoke to him in English and in Spanish. I think he forgot to place our order and didn’t know how to tell us that. My wife and I frequently go to Playa del Carmen and Cancun, Mexico. We won’t go back to this location.
Mr Sancho's
Beach club was nice. You are greeted and provided a table with umbrella which is a must in Mexico's heat. Your waiter will then provide you with anything ordered from the menu included food and drinks. The food and drinks were ok, could be better. The Coconut shrimp were great and the grilled fish was great. The bathroom was clean. Overall a good day for the price paid. Transportation which cost family of 4 $25 not included from Port of Langoster(MSC) Port and about 30 minute drive.
Julio is the Best!!
We have been to Mr. Sanchos previously (March 2025) and we ask for the same team member that we’ve had in the past, Julio. This dude is an absolutely great guy! He’s worked here for 18 years, has a family and always has a smile on his face. After our first trip in 2025, we recommended this excursion to my mother-in-law and her sister, they met Julio. Then to close friends, they also met Julio’s last year. We are returning in November and we’ll see him again! The food and drinks are great, the team members are awesome! The service is amazing!
