- Tours depart from the Plaza Box Office. It is advisable to arrive on time. Customers arriving late may not be accommodated on tour or refunded. Tickets purchased on a specific time/day are only valid for that.
- Dubai Opera is a working building, so the content of the tours may vary. Due to events, some areas may occasionally be closed or restricted access.
- You are required to purchase a ticket for all children over 2 years old. ( Child age from 2 - 15)
- If Burj Khalifa + Dubai Opera Combo option is selected, Please present this to At the Top tickets counters located on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Kindly access The Dubai Mall through Level 1 of Cinema car park (Section M).
- If you selected the COMBO product , Please make sure you have read the instructions provided for that specific option

Overated place. Over priced.
Just for the view, i guess do only one out of tall/heighted places of dubai. I didn't have fun there. No novelty for me. Okay experience.
