Traveler reviews
Not the best
Our tour guide didn’t know anything about Ground Zero or the surrounding areas. Very disappointed in the lack of information
The 9/11 Museum is a moving space about the attack on the Twin Towers.
The memorial of the Twin Towers and the museum built at Ground Zero of the attack are a very moving visit to the exact point where this grave terrorist attack occurred, which cost the lives of more than 3,000 people. The museum is very well designed and executed, and it is worth visiting for at least about three hours. See some of the side wings that are not clearly indicated but are very interesting, many of them featuring videos or photographs. Undoubtedly, a very important point in your visit to New York.
Tour provider never provided tickets
Very good tour guide but the provider refused to provide tickets despite being included in thie activity.
Very informative and well organised
We booked the reserved tour for $60 each. We arrived a little early and all staff were very helpful and explained where we needed to be. We met our guide and he was fantastic. We have heard/watched a lot about the atrocities for 9/11 however this was extremely informative. Our guide was very communicative, he took his time and ensured every had heard what we was saying and always checking if anyone had any questions. It was a very sombre tour and really emersive. I definitely had a few tears! I would definitely recommend
Excellent way to learn about NY and 911.
Leanne was an amazing guide. Would highly recommend.
