Morning in Pisa
Exactly as advertised. Our driver picked us up at our hotel in a van which was impeccably clean. He shared information on the way to Pisa in a way that was informative but not intrusive. He dropped us off by the square and we visited the cathedral and climbed the tower. He picked us up about 2.5 hours later and drove us back to our hotel.
Better than expected
We had an awesome driver Emmanuel. He was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our wishes.

Amazing architecture and beautiful landscapes. Our driver Rohith was very knowledgeable and informative. We enjoyed the tour.
Dismal experience with Ciao Florence
A terrible experience. Today we were left lying in Pisa because we were lost in the village. We had been calling them non-stop and they have not had the slightest consideration of waiting for us. They have left with our coats, suitcases and all our belongings inside the vehicle. We had to take a taxi on our own to return to our accommodation, more than an hour and a half journey, with the consequent expense and discomfort. The service has been nefarious and we have not been offered any solution or apology. We do not recommend this company at all. Total lack of professionalism and empathy with clients, especially Sebastian, the guide in question.
