Gossip girls tour
Just finished the gossip girls tour. Katy was amazing. The best tour guide I have ever had. Very informative and personal and all around perfect at her job. Highly recommend
Do not use this company, rude, unhelpful and will change times last minute and blame you for it.
We booked this tour well in advance, got the confirmation email to confirm times 2 weeks before which said 3.15pm. We turned up to the meeting point 30 minutes early to make sure we were on time and were still waiting around at 4pm with no bus arriving. We then phoned with no answer and emailed with very rude responses, stating why didn’t we contact them earlier if we had a problem and it was our fault, even though we contacted them 5 minutes before it was about to begin. As we were from the Uk we didn’t receive the email to say they decided to make the tour earlier at 2.30 (with no reason as to why there was a change) and did not offer a refund even though we would not have been able to make that earlier time anyways due to other bookings and plans. It was their choice to make it earlier, and was not our decision but have still kept our money. It is very disappointing and frustrating.
I had the pleasure of of being on the tour with katy she’s was lively and fun was a great guide and showed some amazing sites and bought us a macaroon which was amazing thank you katy
Underwhelming Gossip Girl Tour
They texted us the day before to let us know that our tour would start an hour earlier. This interfered with our breakfast plans which we were luckily able to cancel at such late notice. Then, during the tour, our guide spent a good 10 min trying to meet up with someone else who did not make it to the start of the tour. This took away from our experience. As far as the tour itself goes, we stopped at Lauderee for 20 min while the guide went in to buy each of us a macaroon. We were told we had to wait outside even though the temperature was in the 20’s. This was also a huge waste of time. If stopping there to pick something up, the macaroons should have been preordered. We all froze outside waiting for the guide. Honestly, I feel we would have had a much better experience just renting a car and driving to the sites. She did not give us any history at all at the Lotte Palace, we drove by a school courtyard, got out at another courtyard, got out at the steps of the Met and again at empire hotel. We finished at Grand Central Station. Very underwhelming and a huge waste of money (especially for 6 people).
Gossip Girl Tour New York City
We had the best time on the tour gossip girls. My daughter and niece loved the tour and the sites we visited so much. I never saw the show myself but l must say we had the best tour guide shout out to Katy she was amazing in every way. By the end of the tour l knew about all the characters and show. Highly recommend and hope you all get Katy . Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
