Very good tour!!

• Lovely air conditioned car. • Both driver and guide friendly and approachable. • Seyed Mahmoud (the guide) was very knowledgeable and offered to take lots of pictures for me. He would let me know what the next part of the tour was and if I had no interest, we could skip. When I would ask to sit down for a bit, he would always give me as much time as I needed to recover.

Poor coordination, weak customer support, long delay.

This was a very disappointing start to what was supposed to be a smooth layover tour that I took on 16th Feb 2026. Pickup was scheduled for 9:00 AM. I landed early, informed the company that I was waiting, and was told on whatsapp to come outside the terminal. After exiting, no one was there. I waited **1.5+ hours** before anyone showed up. Support was extremely unhelpful. I kept being told “2 minutes” and “10 minutes” repeatedly, with no real updates, reassurance, or accountability. Standing outside a terminal in a foreign country with no support or clear communication is unacceptable and unprofessional for a tour company. To be fair, the guide who eventually arrived was kind and friendly. However, the experience was already ruined by the chaotic and stressful start. Also, although this was booked as a **private tour**, I later realized the same guide was handling another tour at the same time (different vehicles, different guests). I personally didn’t mind this, but if resources are being split across multiple tours, I would expect transparent pricing or reduced cost. Overall. poor coordination, weak customer support, long delays, and a very stressful experience. The operational side of Emo Tours seriously needs improvement.

The warmth and empathy made the difference on this incredible day. Thanks to Sayed and Sahad.

It was an incredible day. My guide, Sayed Mahmoud, was super attentive, full of information, and always kind and friendly. We visited the pyramids and the Sphinx in the morning, avoiding the crowds. And the driver, Sahad, was also very friendly and attentive.
