Great day in Jordan
Got picked up by Issa and had an amazing day, did the wadi mujib trail which was one of the coolest experiences in Jordan, then Issa helped us through the rest of the day accommodating us exactly how we needed and going above and beyond! Highly recommend :)
Amazing day
My driver/guide Issa was absolutely fantastic!!! Took me to all sites and showed me several stops along the way. Got Jordanian coffee and taught how to order, taken to the best place for lunch, and called ahead to ensure all sites were open with the troubles that are currently a worry. Felt safe and could not have asked for a more perfect day
Quality operator
Zaid Tours & Travels provided a professional service from beginning to end. Communications and information at the time of booking were prompt and clear, and the clear and professional communications were a common theme throughout. The driver was Basel, and he was an outstanding operator. He was engaging, knowledgeable and made the trip an absolute success for me. I requested one day prior to the tour to make the pick-up time from the hotel one hour earlier (due to the hot conditions) and both Zaid Tours & Travels, and Basel, immediately responded positively to my request. This flexibility was appreciated and impressive.

His car was in excellent condition. I requested an earlier start to my tour, due to hot weather, and Zaid Tours & Travel (and Basel) were flexible and responsive. Superb day with a superb guide
Basel was my tour guide for my day tour. He was punctual, he speaks excellent English, is very amiable and friendly, and very knowledgeable. Not only did he tell me about the historic sites we were visiting, but he also answered all my questions about Jordanian customs, culture, history, politics, religion, national exports, education in Jordan etc. Additionally, I had accidentally left my Jordan pass back at the hotel, and he went out of his way to try and accommodate my mistake by asking locals if we could email my pdf to their computer so we could print it out again. We were unable to do this despite several attempts, but the lengths he went to to try and fix MY problem were truly commendable, and way beyond the call of duty. I had a fantastic experience visiting these wonderful historic sites, and I HIGHLY recommend Basel to anyone wishing to do any tours of Jordan. Thanks Basel for a wonderful day, and for the truly fond memories of Jordanian hospitality you extended towards me.
