Itinerary
Pass by: Leave Rome behind as your embark on a full-day private tour of Pisa and Florence. Begin your tour at 7am with hotel pickup and a relaxing drive in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle to Pisa. During this approximately 3-hour journey, enjoy views of the Lazio and Tuscan countrysides. Your private driver can make stops along the way for you to take pictures or go to the bathroom. Bottled water is provided in the vehicle. Once in Pisa your driver will drop you off near the main square so you can explore the city center on your own. Walk by the Leaning Tower, the Cathedral, the Baptistry, (all from outside) and other famous monuments.
Pass by: The largest baptistery in Italy, Pisa Baptistery is an example of the transition from the Romanesque style to the Gothic style: the lower section is in the Romanesque style, with rounded arches, while the upper sections are in the Gothic style, with pointed arches. The Baptistery is constructed of marble, as is common in Italian architecture.
Pass by: Snap amazing pictures and immerse yourself in the city before you go to Florence!
Arrive in Florence and you'll have time for lunch (own expenses); then meet your professional art historian guide for a walking tour of the city's highlights. Visit the Old Bridge, Piazza della Signoria, Republic Square, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.
Skip the line as you enter the Accademia Gallery to see the statue of David by Michelangelo.

Great tour
Our driver was nice, personable, and accommodating. Drive up was long but we expected that. The tour guide in Florence was wonderful. Great with the kids, knowledgeable and interactive. We had already been to Pisa so the tour was accommodating and we only stayed in Florence
Amazing Tour of Pisa and Florence
What an amazing day of travel to Pisa and Florence. Our driver Olsi was exceptional and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and happy! The private tour of Florence was very informative and well put together. Leonardo, our tour guide was likewise exceptional and worked well with the whole family to make for a memorable experience!
Full Day Private Tour of Florence and the Leaning Tower of Pisa
This was an excellent tour. We had a private tour for our family of 4 where a driver picked us up at our hotel and drove us to Pisa in a minivan. We had limited time to eat and see the Leaning Tower of Pisa due to being backed up in traffic on the way there. We drove over to Florence and had a tour guide that had an Art History degree give us a walking tour of Florence and a museum containing the famous Statute of David. We had flexibility with our tour guide where she said if we had requests to see something she would change the tour plans. Her tour of Florence was very interesting and she explained the history very well. After the tour we went to an overlooking view of Florence that was amazing. Our driver took us back to our hotel for a drop off. I highly recommend this tour.
I highly recommend this tour...a...

I highly recommend this tour...a quick unguided stop in Pisa is all you need before the ride to Florence where you might meet the best tour guide ever: Bianca. She is extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, professional, courteous and has a great sense of humour. She made our day!!!
