- We are happy to accommodate foldable wheelchairs when the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist with boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
- Each traveler is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions. Please contact the operator prior to travel to confirm whether your excess luggage is permitted.
- Child seats are available on request. An additional €5 charge is payable in cash to the driver.
- This is a private service, and only members of your party will participate.
- In case of a flight delay, the driver will monitor the flight and be at the airport at the updated arrival time.
- Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
- In the event of a flight diversion to Pisa, Bologna, or another airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will be canceled and non-refundable.
- In the event of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
- The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Delta was late do we missed our connection, Had to reschedule flight. Arriving 20 hours later. Communicated this fact 3 times up to 20 hours before. They called when i did not arrive at pick up point. Explained that i was approximately 20 hours late. They showed no mercy. You can rebook but your initial ride is not refundable. The company that they used is terrible. Take a Taxi it is a third of the cost and easy!
Buyer Beware
Buyer beware… We missed our connection due to the fact that the airline could not find stairs for our plane to unload for 45 minutes. I let the company know in plenty of time for them not to have left to pick us up. I was told that Miss connections were not covered in their policy and I was out of luck. I could not get a refund and was only offered to book another $150 transfer. The taxi cab was lovely and fast and much cheaper!!

The pick up person left...
The pick up person left at the pickup time. I sent a message about bags being delayed and no response. Had to take a taxi.
