- In the event of a flight diversion to Pisa, Bologna, or another airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will be canceled and non-refundable.
- In the event of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
- The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

You are on your own if u arrive at a foreign airport and have contracted transfer service to your hotel and even worse if it is at midnight and you dont speak the language and are a senior DO NOT USE
