- We are happy to accommodate foldable wheelchairs when the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist with boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
- Each traveler is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions. Please contact the operator prior to travel to confirm whether your excess luggage is permitted.
- Child seats are available on request. An additional €5 charge is payable in cash to the driver.
- This is a private service, and only members of your party will participate.
- In case of a flight delay, the driver will monitor the flight and be at the airport at the updated arrival time.
- Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
- In the event of a flight diversion to Pisa, Bologna, or another airport, the booked transfer from Florence Airport will be canceled and non-refundable.
- In the event of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
- The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.

Charged for no-show after...
Charged for no-show after our flight was significantly delayed. Gave as much notice as possible about the delay, received no response from Viator, and then was told we’d still be charged for a full sized van for 8 people. Extremely disappointing as we booked this months in advance.
Perfect way to get to accom
Perfect way to get to your accommodation without any hassles finding taxis or public transport. Coming off a flight in a foreign country & dealing with luggage You are then met by your driver bearing your name & a smile. So helpful with luggage in & out of the car. Do not begrudge a little higher price than other way, this is so worth it.

I booked this transfer months in advance. The company reached out just before our trip to confirm that they would be there, and even suggested changing our pick up time, which we did. It was the right decision! Our driver was there waiting for us when we arrived and quickly helped us to our awaiting van. He was very friendly and welcoming and got us to our hotel without any issues. Highly recommend!
