I would like to share our wonderful experience with Mrs. Rusheda from Rimo Tours. We accidentally made a mistake with the transport booking date through Booking.com, which was entirely our fault. After arriving in Dubai in the evening, we realized that our transfer from the airport to Sofitel Downtown Hotel had not been arranged for the correct date. It was a stressful situation.
