- Children under a certain age may not be permitted to participate; please check the age restrictions before booking.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- Participants must be over the age of 21 years with minimum 2 years driving experience.
- 01 hour drive per person, if Exclusive buggy option selected. 30 minutes drive per person sharing 01 buggy, if sharing buggy option selected.
- Maximum 02 person per buggy. For 03 - 04 person 02 buggy will be provided.
- Pickup will be in a 4x4 Land Cruiser on Private basis.
- Dress code: lightweight summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses are advised. Hats are advisable when in direct sunlight.
- The Dubai desert can get cooler in the evenings during winter, so we recommend you bring a light jacket and closed shoes. Please wear sports shoes for safe sand boarding.
- Guests visiting the UAE during the Summer months (June – September) are advised that peak daytime temperatures sometimes reach 42 – 45 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels can also exceed 90 percent during this period. We recommend all our guests to take adequate precaution.
- It is mandatory to send us the Passport copy & International Driving license copies and the disclaimer form (signed from the client).
- All the guests must strictly follow the instructions, rules and regulations. In-case of any accident, (Odyssey DMC) will not be liable to the clients.
- Client is fully responsible to him/ herself and the Dune Buggy in case of any damage caused during rental.Any damage to the Buggy due to the negligence of the guest shall result in the guest being liable for the costs of the consequential repair or replacements. The amount decided by (Odyssey DMC) for the said costs shall be final and undisputed and is to be paid on demand.
- No insurance is provided or available for any incident including accidents, damage, loss, injury, etc. caused by or to the hirer during the self – drive. The hirer shall be solely liable or responsible for all consequences as a result of any such incident.
- The duration of the actual tour takes 4 – 4.5 hour but the driving time from Dubai hotel and return may take another 60 – 90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required
- The local tour operator reserves the right to cancel any part of the scheduled programs because of government decisions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other similar circumstances.

Amazing day!
We were picked up at our hotel and the driver was very friendly. He arranged many things for us during the day. After we did the buggy tour, we got some refreshments and we had the chance to sandboard. One of the most amazing experience! I definitely recommend them!!
Had a better experience with other companies!
After booking the morning dune buggy adventure, I received a phone call to be told we could not be picked up from our villa and needed to make our own way to a hotel just a 5 minute drive away. Once we was picked up from the nearby hotel the driver drove the hour journey on his mobile phone. Dubai roads are scary enough, without your driver being on the phone and texting. We then arrived to the dunes and got in the buggy's. It was as if the guide was trying to kill as much time as possible and guided us through the flattest parts of the dunes for a good 45 minutes. We have experienced the dune buggy ride before and had such a good time hence the reason we wanted to do it again. Our mistake we never booked with the same company. If you want more of a Sunday afternoon drive in a buggy then this is the tour for you. Frill seekers I would look elsewhere. After the "adventure" we had a 2 second camel ride and breakfast which consist of falafel and tomatoes. I will not be booking with this company again.
Amazing!
There's quite a few tour operators so choosing the right one is tricky and was a bit uncertain pre booking, however... it was the best choice we made! Sahib made our experience extra special and did some crazy dune bashing which we weren't even expecting. Then when we got to the 1000c buggies and the Camels. The Camels are treated really well and have lots of land to roam free and can tell are fed well. The buggy course is really fun and there are some steep climbs and some scary drops that are very thrilling Overall experience 10/10, really made our day! Thanks Sahib!
Total Fun in the Sun!
Our tour guide was punctual, courteous, informative, safe and fun. We had an awesome event. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I highly recommend this adventure.
Terrible experience! Tried to extort us for huge sum of money after dune buggy accident!
This tour ended up being a disaster. There was no guidance or instruction on how to use these buggies, and they are very dangerous. One of our group approached a dune too quickly and rolled the dune buggy over the dune, bending the roll bars. No one was seriously hurt, only scratches and bruises thank goodness. The tour company tried to extort us for 6000-8000 dollars for damages. claimed they had no insurance, yeah right a tour company this large without insurance? They held us in the desert and then police station for over 6 hours, and it was hours before anyone received any medical attention. We were not given anything to eat. No one spoke english until the tourism police arrived hours later and helped us. They immediately let us go and seemed very upset at the tour company and the police. The tour company also seemed to care very little about our well being and more concerned about getting reimbursed for accidental damages. Very dangerous tour, would advise travelers to avoid at all costs. Ruined an entire day in dubai.
