Our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date. 50% refund for cancellations made 7 days before the tour. We booked a tour with Tereza for the first day we arrived in Prague and it was the best decision we made the entire trip! She is incredibly passionate about showing people her city, very knowledgeable, full of stories, and just SO kind! It felt more like walking around with an old friend. And the service didn’t end when we finished our tour. She helped us with the itinerary for the rest of our vacation, provided a map of all her recommendations, and sent us a great follow-up email with links to everything we saw. If you are thinking about booking, DO IT. And I recommend booking at the beginning of your trip, so you start off with a good orientation. Again- it was the best travel decision we made and we will book with her again if we return! Thank you again Tereza!!! 💛

Our private tour of Prague was amazing! Tereza was our guide, meeting my son and I promptly at our hotel and inquiring about specific areas of interest. She was extremely knowledgeable. It was fun and educational. Highly recommended!
