- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

TERRIBLE SERVICE, they charged me, confirmed, and never picked us up at the hotel.
I chose this service and it was very good for taking us from the airport to the hotel, but it turns out that on the day they were supposed to pick us up, August 15, at the Hilton hotel, they did not show up; I even confirmed hours before by phone, and at the time of the appointment they told me they could not contact the driver, after waiting 20 minutes and fearing we would miss our flight, we took a taxi. Subsequently, I contacted Expedia, then Carmel, and they have refused to refund my money.

It is the best desicion to or from the airport. They are on time, the communication is great. Defenetly recommended.

Drivers were super nice and gave advice on the city. Vehicles very clean and the service was excellent. I will definitely be using this again.
