For transfers between Luxor and Hurghada a maximum of 2 adults, plus a child 5 years or younger may travel in a car. If your family of group is larger than this you will need to travelin a minibus. Please contact us for further information If your pick up is at Hurghada Airport or Luxor Airport your driver will be waiting for you outside the airport terminal in our designated pick up area. We will email this information to you once your booking is complete. Our driver will have a sign showing your name and will take you to your resort in a comfortable, air conditioned car. Traveler pickup is offered.<br>123 Taxi & Tours Hurghada provides transfers both ways between Hurghada and Luxor. We pick up at Hurghada Airport and all Hurghada resorts for transfers to Luxor. We pick up at all Luxor hotels and Luxor Airport for transfers to Hurghada resorts. Covid-19 travel restictions mean that a maximim of 2 adults and a child aged 5 years or younger may travel in a car between Luxor and Hurghada. If your family of group is larger than this you must book a minibus transfer. Just so that you are aware, a travel permit is required for this journey and we would need to arrange that for you. For your travel permit we need a photo of these documents for all passengers: Photo page of all passports Entry stamp in all passports (showing full page in passport) Entry visa (showing full page in passport) PCR test certificate or Covid-19 vaccination certificate We also need a copy of your accommodation booking in Luxor and your accommodation booking in Hurghada. Both of these should show your name. Plus we need your room numbers in the hotel you are staying in that the time of your pick up.
