Itinerary
Our tour starts with a pick up at your accommodation in Cape Town and surrounding areas at 9:00am (flexible) on this private tour to Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Penguins colony. We begin with a brief drive-by city orientation tour to see important monuments and building in the city centre.
From there we will stop in the Bo-Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter) for a photo opportunity with colorful houses, which carries great historical significance. You may even have a chance to greet some of the locals if they are in sight. Your tour guide will inform you about the colourful houses and their historical meaning.
We take a scenic drive along the Atlantic Seaboard with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, passing through Three Anchor Bay, Bantry Bay, Clifton and stop in Camps Bay. Maiden's Cove is the perfect spot for you to create memories with spectacular photos as you marvel at the magnificent views of the Twelve Apostles and Camps Bay beach. This cove is one of the best places in Cape Town to take panoramic photos of the Ocean, Camps Bay Beach combined with the views of Table Mountain, Lion's Head and the beautiful suburbs of Clifton, Camps Bay, etc... We call this the Kodak moment.
Should you choose to take the optional boat trip to Seal Island, the duration will be 45-minutes. This excursion is weather-permitting. Please take along a light jersey because the temperatures tend to drop when we are at sea.
Travelling along the Atlantic scenic seaboard we will pass through Llandudno, famous for some of the most expensive real estate in South Africa, until we get to Hout Bay. Arrive at Hout Bay harbour, you will have the option to either take a 45-minute boat cruise to Seal Island to view the seals or you can do some shopping at the market.
Departing from Hout Bay, we drive along Chapman's Peak and stop at the viewpoint for spectacular photos. It is little wonder that Chapman's Peak is one of the most scenic routes in the world.
We continue our coastal journey with an optional stop in Noordhoek, with the breathtaking views of Noordhoek and Long Beach beneath us. Travelers will have the option to enjoy some of the best coffee brewed in Cape Town at the Village Roast for their own account.
An optional stop for wine tasting at the exquisite Cape Point Vineyards will be offered. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and views of the ocean in the distance, Cool breezes from the sea make for a slow-growing season, with a late harvest that results in a truly unique Sauvignon Blanc that is recognized across the globe for its rich minerality, structure, and tone. An optional sit-down lunch in their restaurant or a picnic lunch overlooking the man-made dam comes highly recommended.
We explore the Cape of Good Hope and take our iconic photo with the Cape of Good Hope name board. Here we will also explore the Dias & Vasco Da Gama monuments. There are also beautiful beaches that you will see along the way, as well as various fauna and flora.
From the Cape of Good Hope we will drive to Cape Point. Arriving at Cape Point we will have a choice between a 15-minute hike or take the Flying Dutchman Funicular to the Cape Point Lighthouse. Here we will also explore the most south-western point of Africa, known as the Cape Point, where the cold Benguela from the Atlantic Ocean, meets the warm Agulhas current of the Indian Ocean.
Our next stop will be the Penguins colony in Boulders beach, where your guide will escort you to the viewing point to see some of the 2500 breeding pairs of African Penguins at close range. You may even find one or two of these enchanting creatures walking alongside you on the boardwalk.
Pass by: Our return route is past Muizenberg where you will see the colored beach huts. The beach huts are used as changing rooms. These are reminiscent of the “bathing machine” of the 1800s, which was a cart-like structure that was wheeled down to the water’s edge, allowing the ladies to change into their bathing costumes.
Pass by: Drop off will be back at guests' accommodation in Cape Town at approximately 18:00 pm.

An Unforgettable Cape Town Experience!
My husband and I had a jam packed experience seeing all the key sights in Capetown! And all the thanks goes to our very kind and knowledgeable guide, Ejide. From the moment we started, Ejide made the day both fun and informative. He took us through the heart of the city, sharing the fascinating history of how Cape Town was founded and its development over the centuries. He also gave us an incredible overview of South Africa’s history, including the inspiring story and legacy of Nelson Mandela, bringing each place we visited to life with interesting facts and stories. The itinerary was perfectly planned. We enjoyed a fantastic seal boat tour, visited the breathtaking Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point, and stopped at Boulders Beach to see the adorable penguins up close. We also stopped at viewpoints and an ostrich farm! Along the way, Ejide took us to a wonderful coffee shop and a beautiful restaurant overlooking the coastline near Cape Point, where the views were just as memorable as the food. Every stop showcased the incredible beauty, wildlife, and scenery that Cape Town has to offer, and Ejide made sure we had plenty of time to take it all in. He also went above and beyond by taking so many amazing photos of us throughout the day, giving us wonderful memories to take home. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Nathan, our tour guide was great. Even after having to fix a flat tire we unfortunately got at the cape of Good Hope, he remained in good spirits and went out of his way by taking us to the top of Signal Hill f9r and exceptional night photograph of all of Cape Town.

Thank for an overstating memory in Cape Town
We joined the Cape Point, Cape of Good Hope and Boulders Penguin Colony tour, and while the scenery itself is breathtaking, what truly elevated the experience was our guide, Gordon. On the way he showed us so many more attentions! Gordon (Honnemense) was exuberant, enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. From the moment the tour began, he brought a warmth and energy that kept everyone engaged. He had a wonderful way of sharing information that was both informative and enjoyable, making the history, culture and landscapes come alive throughout the journey. What stood out most was how caring and attentive he was.
