Guide is awesome
Guide was top tier. I miscalculated my time for transfer to my hotel and had an excursion planned. Driver met my excursion for me. He was awesome!
Terrible Service and a No Show Again!!!
The driver was a no-show. I was waiting in the arrivals hall. Some of the other drivers helped me attempt to call the driver for me, but the driver did not answer. We had to pay for a taxi. No happy and would never recommend this service.
Great service- need drivers to speak a little English
Driver was there on time with our name on paper! Only problem he didn’t understand English very well.Very hard to communicate with him! Otherwise, we arrived safely!
