Late driver for airport departure

The driver was provided with the correct address but went to the wrong location and stayed there despite being given directions by the villa staff and having access to my live location via WhatsApp. I had to secure other transportation to ensure I could make my flight.

Quick stop.

The driver was timely and got us to the airport with plenty of time. He also stopped for us because one member of our party had to use the bathroom. Truly exceptional customer service.
