- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

Disappointing
Driver was 25 minutes late - not sure the point of providing flight info if it isn’t used. Once he arrived, all was good but waiting for that long wasn’t the plan.
A Joyous Journey.
The driver was on time, expressed professionalism throughout the journey. Throughout the trip the driver pointed out different structures in the city and actually gave details that were valuable.
Misled by advertisement
I was under the impression that I was booking a private car service.. SUV or black car. We were picked up in an old nasty minivan. The driver did not meet us at baggage claim as I am accustomed with a car service. No opening of doors; I had to help load my luggage. I did not order an Uber or Lyft. Very disappointing. The car is very nasty in the inside.
Poor Arrival Transfer Service
Pick up was slow. Communication once we had collected our bags took ages. Driver said wait at Door 6 then failed to arrive for some 20 minutes as he was waiting elsewhere. The car was a private cab - really dirty and had junk inside. We would not use again
Dependable
My first flight was canceled and second delayed two hours. I was seven hours late. I arrived at 11:25 pm and still needed to pick up my luggage. When I got outside my driver was there waiting for me. Good job
