Poor Transfer service in Junearu

I booked a 5am pu for the airport for 6 pax. Driver never showed. Contacted providier and dispatch was unable to reach the driver. Dispathcer said he was sorry, but I was on my own to find a ride. Juneau is really a small town and not much happening at 5am. It was critical that we all 6 get to the airport or we would miss our flight and be stranded. Not to mention the additional cost we could have encountered to rebook. Seat in Alaska in August are very difficult to confirm on day of travel. A good samaritian came to our rescue and allowed us to travel with them to the airport. Your company called me numerous times the day before to confirm our travel information, Why didn't they contact the driver! I will never book a transfer with Viatour again and will think twice before using them in the future. So many other good travel companies that would love my business.

Do NOT use them in Alaska.

I had scheduled a ride from downtown Juneau, AK to the airport for an early morning flight. I confirmed my ride the day prior. Sometime in the middle of the night my ride was cancelled. I had pre-paid and still don’t know if I will receive a refund. Absolutely horrible. This is a third party and can guarantee nothing about your ride.

O’dark hours

Arrived on time at 3:30 a for 5:05 am flight. Cab was dirty. Driver was pleasant. I doubt if we would have found a taxi on the streets of Juneau Also I was given his telephone number. Thus I had another level of communication
