Well, we got to the airport on time and in one piece
The driver was prompt but the car seemed like it was going to fall apart, and he rolled down al the windows rather than using the AC.
Terrible experience
This man had no knowledge of the EZE airport surrounding. He took us to the wrong building. A baggage handler guided us to the right place, but had to walk a distance under the hot sun. Such activity was hard on me as I need a walking cane to move around. I regret giving him a $3 dollars tip. He’s a guy with a Venezuelan accent who was also irresponsibly responding text messages while driving. Prior Viator experiences were excellent, but this one was extremely terrible.
Airport transfer
Transfer driver Angel was fine except he dropped us off at the wrong terminal for our flight. Very difficult because lots of bags and I needed wheelchair assist.
Kind and Efficient Driver
The driver arrived in front of my place a few minutes early before the 3:30 a.m. pick up time and took me to EZE Airport. Not only did we arrive on time and safely, he was also very kind! Thank you!

<p>Transfer was booked well in advance, unfortunately our hotel could not make contact with the company on any of the numbers provided 3 days of attempting then, without fail the operator did not turn up. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK.</p>
