Amazing Day

Had a wonderful 1 day tour with Fifi for my family of 4 with 2 young children. Fifi, the tour guide contacted me the day before to finalise the timing and meetup place with special reminders on the "dos" and "don'ts". Both Fifi and Hai, the driver were punctual for pick-up. The car was clean and comfortable. Fifi was pleasant, spoke fluent English and passionate to share her knowledge of her city. My children were comfortable with her. Bai Dinh and Trang An were as picturesque as described. We were lucky to be able to catch the boat ride despite the rain. Overall an enjoyable trip for the whole family. Would definately join another tour on our next trip.
