- One Piece of luggage and one carry on per person if you have a transfer to your hotel included.

- All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. if there are extra passengers arrive and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund.
- For the question at checkout "Where would you like to be dropped off" please enter "Exit" or "Your Hotel Name" if you booked a airport transfer
- For departure fast track, you can enter you details under "Arrival flight and time", as the reservations team will see this and reconfirm with you
- Flight Delays - If your flight is delayed, there’s no need to notify us. Our airport guide will be informed, as we actively monitor flight schedules.
- Flight Changes - If your flight number changes, kindly notify us at least 6 hours before your originally scheduled arrival time so we can update your guide's schedule. Please note that due to privacy regulations, airlines will not inform us of changes to your itinerary; it is the passenger's responsibility to notify us directly to ensure your service is delivered.
- Please note if you do not advise us of any changes to your original flight and the date passes, you must purchase a new ticket

Perfect Arrival Experience with Young Children
We used this service on Sunday, August 2, for our family of 8 people, including two young children, and everything was perfectly organized. We were warmly welcomed immediately after leaving the aircraft and escorted to a waiting buggy. The staff was professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The buggy ride and fast-track immigration service saved us a lot of time, making our arrival in Bangkok smooth and stress-free—especially with young children. We never had to worry about where to go, as everything was taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free arrival experience at Bangkok Airport. Excellent service and well worth it!
Ultra smooth transition...
Ultra smooth transition through the airport. Met by a charming lady who guided us through baggage reclaim and immigration. Whole process was around 15 mins. Could not recommend enough after our 2 hour delayed flight
