Itinerary
Al ‘Āmrāt, a charming district nestled in the mountainous region of Oman, is an ideal destination for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty and traditional culture of the country. With Falcon Tours, you can explore this hidden treasure and enjoy an authentic and enriching experience.
Photo stop visit to the Royal Opera House Muscat, Oman's premier musical arts and culture venue. This stunning architectural marvel in the heart of Muscat showcases a blend of traditional Omani and contemporary design, offering visitors a glimpse into the country's rich cultural heritage.
Visit the nearby Muttrah Souq, one of the oldest markets in the Arab world. Wander through its maze of narrow alleys filled with vibrant stalls selling traditional Omani goods, from spices and textiles to jewelry and handicrafts.
Perched on a rocky hill overlooking the vibrant Mutrah Corniche, Mutrah Fort is a historic fortress with stunning views of Muscat’s coastline. Originally built by the Portuguese in the 16th century, the fort served as a strategic defense point during their occupation of Oman.
Alongside the bustling Muttrah Souk, the Muttrah Corniche beckons with its charming blend of latticed buildings and elegant mosques, creating a scene straight from a postcard. As the sun sets, watch in awe as the light casts dramatic shadows over the jagged mountain backdrop. The promenade comes alive with inviting sidewalks, twinkling lights, and dancing fountains, inviting you to explore on foot or bike, making it the perfect spot for an enchanting evening adventure.
The fish market in Muscat, Oman, is a vibrant and bustling hub of activity, offering a unique glimpse into the rich maritime culture of the region. Located near the Mutrah Corniche, the market is a sensory delight with the sights, sounds, and smells of fresh seafood. Fishermen arrive early in the morning with their catch, displaying a wide variety of fish, including tuna, kingfish, snapper, and more. The market is a lively place where locals and tourists alike can experience the traditional way of buying fish, with the option to haggle over prices and choose from the freshest options available. The friendly interactions between vendors and customers enhance the market's atmosphere, making it not just a place to buy fish but also a cultural experience that reflects the deep connection between the Omani people and the sea. (The fish market opens from Saturday - to Thursday from 6 am to 12 noon)

Brilliant tour
First time doing the city tour in Oman the tour was fun and interesting our tour guide was excellent and made sure we were comfortable we will be back soon!!
I highly recommend this tour with tour guide Nassar
the tour guide Nassar picked me up at the hotel and despite my bad English he understood me and carefully explained everything I visited, every street and also told me the history of the place and made me interact with the local people , an unforgettable experience! he also helped me choose the best Mutrah Souq incense. I visited all the main attractions in Muscat, he is a helpful person and will explain anything about Muscat and Oman, he passes on his knowledge with passion. the tour lasted about 5 hours and he took me back to the hotel without any problems
