Fun Activity, Great Experience
It was fun, exhilarating and the guides that were with me (China, Ariel and Chino) made sure that all of the group were completely safe all the time. The only thing I could say as an improvement is not up to the agency at all but the view of the Mendoza river and the mountains wasn't something so breathtaking as expected.

It is scary in the beginning but the staff were super great . I really enjoyed it and highly recommended Tina and Koka were amazing
Crossing the Liquid Chasm
The best thoughts start with the crew guiding ziplining. Knowledge about this sport, the terain, the process, and the equipment. Each person is given special care and guidance. Climbing the terrain is not difficult, but one needs to be in reasonable physical and cardio health to climb to each station. Wonderful views, fun rides. Thank you for a great memory! Highly recommend!
Recommended
Highly recommended, I love ziplining and we both loved it. Excellent guides, there is a guide called Paula, I think she is very kind and made the tour very enjoyable. I recommend not going in January because we were burned out, there was no shade anywhere but the excursion itself was excellent. I would have liked it to be a little longer anyway.
Not worth the money
Overall, this experience was confusing and was not at all what was advertised. We are English speakers with highschool level Spanish, but unfortunately none of the speakers spoke any English and were not able to communicate at all the itinerary of the excursion. The ziplining was fun and the staff were nice, but the ziplining was very quick and was we were basically stranded in the mountains for the next 3 hours until the van went back to Mendoza. We made the best of the experience by enjoying a hike, but we did not expect to have nothing else to do. Transportation was supposed to be included in our price, but we had to Uber there. On the ride back, we practically had to beg them to drop us off at the hotel. Everyone else got dropped off on the side of the road on the highway, it was very strange. Overall, not a terrible experience but definitely not worth the money and would 100% not recommend to native English speakers.
