This coastal wilderness is a haven for some of Australia’s most iconic wildlife. Go untamed as you bear witness to nature in its wildest state. Here, emus stroll the shoreline, and the dense bush beyond is alive with the native birds.

Next, a scenic drive along the untamed coastline of Whalers Way brings you to Mikkira Station and the chance to get up close with some 150 wild koalas residing among the manna gum. A full day with great views, commentary and conversation. Great VFM

A very very good day exploring the local area with Hazzi. Lots of fascinating insights in to local history, customs and life. The places we were taken to were breathtaking. Lunch was delicious and the conversation ranged from politics, philosophy and AFL. A great day out. Thank you

Awesome Day Out

We had the best day out exploring Port Lincoln and the national Park with Michael. As we had limited time we opted for this day tour and we were not disappointed. Michael is a wealth of knowledge and we learnt so much along the way. The lunch at The Fish Place was very tasty and set us up for the afternoon of exploring Whalers Way and seeking out emus and koalas. 5 stars to Michael for being such an incredible guide.

Beyond our Expectations!

We had an absolutely wonderful day on the private tour with Joe. Joe was exceptionally knowledgeable and loved to share his experiences which was very informative and humourous. Being the private tour we were able to travel along the dunes in Port Lincoln NP. The NP is beautiful and has lots of wildlife. In the afternoon we did Whalers Way and Mikkira Station Koala Sanctuary- wow, a koala low down in nearly every tree!! - an absolutely amazing experience. The extra $'s for the private tour is well worth it - spoil yourself! Thank you Untamed and a special thanks to Joe who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience and everlasting memories!

World Class tour

Beebs picked us up at 8am and returned us at 4.40pm. In between that time we had the most fantastic tour of the Port Lyncoln/Eyre Peninsular area. We went to Port Lincoln National Park, Sleaford Bay , Wanna Lookout, Stamford Hill where we had morning tea. We went to the Fresh Fish Place for lunch and the fish chips and salad were delicious. The fish was Nannygai. Best ever. We went to Fishery Bay, Whalers Way, Cape Wiles where we saw Fur seals and Mikkira Station Koala sanctuary where we saw the cutest koala with a baby, kangaroos and birds. We then drove to the Port Lincoln marina and then to the highest point in Port Lincoln Winters Hill Lookout to finish the tour. Beebs our guide was amazing having lived in the area for over 50 years his knowledge of everything was magnificent. A world class tour. Thank you Beebs.

You need to specify what you want up front, so the day can be customized for you!

Customizable tours to suit YOUR preferences! You can be as adventurous or as tame as you like. Our guide, Joe, was actually only a few years older than we were, and we got along very well. We climbed the sand dunes (in the 4x4), and though I have done that before in a real ATV, one of my group was new to it and enjoyed it immensely. We saw koalas up close, we were walked through history. I particularly enjoyed the convo over coffee and bickies… All in, it was an enjoyable day!
