- Should we reach the required number of participants for a single group, the tour will operate in a single language rather than bilingually

Disappointing and surprised
They cancelled the trip, we did however, get our full refund, it was a rare opportunity for us to visit Pompeii!
Poor communication and last-minute cancellation
This tour was cancelled by the operator shortly before the scheduled date, which was extremely disappointing given it had been booked well in advance and was a key part of our itinerary. The only alternative offered was not suitable, so we were unable to take the tour at all. This resulted in a significant disruption to our travel plans. While refunds were offered, the lack of reliability and notice made this a frustrating experience.
Roma to Sorrento and Pompei
It was a long day, but the tour guide at Pompei (Francesca) was awesome. That place is so much more interesting than I could have imaged..
