Great Day Tour
It was a good day trip. The bus shuttle is really comfortable. Plus point for having a type-C charging port - I didn't need to use my power bank. Elisa, our tour leader, was friendly and engaging. She has great energy and often checks up on us. Our tour driver (I can't remember his name) was great too. I felt safe with his driving skills. It's also worth mentioning that the Pompei tour part was organized - tour guides respecting other groups' space and not overcrowding a spot. I was expecting chaos, but I was pleasantly happy with it. Food arrangement was good too. The restaurant was busy, yet once we got seated, food was served quite fast. Overall, it was such a nice day tour with a great tour leader. Highly recommended!
Perfect day
It was a long day but a very good day informative, friendly, the guid worked very hard to make sure everyone was happy, together and taken care of. The bus was comfortable. Fun fun fun!

Extremely Disappointing Experience, Poor Communication and No Accountability
This was, without question, the worst tour experience of our entire holiday in Italy. We booked multiple tours during our trip with four different operators, and every one of them demonstrated excellent customer service. In each case, we received clear contact details at least two days before the tour, followed by a reminder the day before confirming the meeting point, departure time, and the name and contact details of the guide. This is what we consider professional and responsible tour management. Unfortunately, our experience with this company (Viaitalia) was the complete opposite. Communication was inadequate from the outset, and when issues arose on the day of the tour, the company failed to provide the level of support and responsiveness that any customer should reasonably expect. When we later raised a formal complaint, the company repeatedly insisted that attempts had been made to contact us and provided screenshots as evidence. However, the screenshots did not clearly show dates, times, or caller identification that would allow us to independently verify their claims. We supplied our own screenshots showing the contact information we had been provided, together with our missed call records from both WhatsApp and standard telephone calls. Rather than addressing the discrepancies directly, the company simply repeated its position and continued to rely on the same unverifiable screenshots. What was most disappointing was not the original problem itself, but the way the complaint was handled afterwards. There was no genuine attempt to investigate the matter objectively, acknowledge the concerns raised, or seek a fair resolution. Instead, responsibility appeared to be shifted entirely onto the customer. While waiting at the meeting point, we also spoke with other tour guides operating in the area who expressed concerns regarding the reliability of this company. Although we cannot independently verify those comments, hearing them certainly did not inspire confidence given our own experience. After exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly, we have decided to escalate the complaint through the appropriate formal channels. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise travellers to consider alternative operators. The contrast between this company and every other tour provider we used during our Italian holiday could not have been more striking.
