Ilaria was a great tour guide, very caring and knowledgeable.
A must see when in Italy
Amazing tour.. Our guide Ilaria met us at the cruise ship and provided us with a well organized tour. She made the tour enjoyable and stress free.. The site itself exceeded our expectations.
Shame about the communication
We were given wrong information about pick up in Sorrento . So we wasted at least half an hour standing around frightened to move from the spot . I tried to contact via your channels . The phone kept cutting off and the email comms stopped
Not one for cruise passengers
You need much more time than they say to fit everything in as 7 hours will only give you 30 minutes in Sorrento and you don't want to miss your ship.
Disaster tour to Sorrento
Pompeii tour was organized well but Sorrento tour was a joke. No tour guide just a speaker device which was not working. Some one told us 20 minutes go and 20 minutes back but end up with 2.5 hours go and 2.5 hours back. Just gave us one hour to walk around. We took 15 minutes for toilet and walked one street and back to meeting place because we worry we could not find way back. It is a DISASTER 😤😤😤
