Traveler reviews
Worthwhile long day?
Long bus ride, picturesque park with beautiful views, crowded with many congested areas. Guide well-intentioned but didn’t provide any information about the area and its sites during actual time in the park. Timing for planned “lunch” made no sense. Enjoyed the day overall as our one opportunity to explore Croatia beyond the Dalmatian Coast.
Beautiful water & walking
There is a lot of walking, but the waterfalls are beautiful. Our tour guide Marte was knowledgeable & friendly, & he kept everyone together & on time.
Plitvice is a must if you are sightseeing in Croatia. The national park is spectacular and the visit from Split with our guide Mia was wonderful, an unforgettable experience thanks to her joy and willingness to explain all aspects of the visit. In addition, she was very attentive that no one was left behind and answered all our questions with a smile on her face.
The visit has been spectacular, especially by our guide Mia who has explained the place in detail including brushstrokes of Croatian history. An unforgettable experience, highly recommended. Thank you in particular to our guide Mia, for her enthusiasm, dynamism, sympathy and kindness resolving our doubts and taking care of us throughout the trip.
